The Dragino BCN02 Bluetooth BLE iBeacon is a long-life, low-power Bluetooth 5.1 beacon designed for indoor positioning and asset tracking applications. Built with a 1200mAh battery and optimized power consumption, BCN02 can operate for up to 4–5 years at the default 500ms broadcast interval.

BCN02 is specifically designed to work with the TrackerD LoRaWAN® Tracker to provide a LoRaWAN®-based indoor positioning solution. Multiple BCN02 beacons are installed across different indoor locations and continuously broadcast their UUID via BLE. The TrackerD scans nearby beacon signals and uplinks the strongest UUID via LoRaWAN® to the IoT server, enabling accurate indoor location identification.

The BCN02 is weatherproof and suitable for outdoor environments as well. It supports mobile phone configuration and is shipped in power-off mode for airline safety compliance.
